CENTURY 21 Marsden Realty

I am lucky enough to be renting a house through Century 21 - Marden Realty. The staff are very friendly and professional, the inspection notices come well in advance, and when ever I did have something needing doing the owner had approved it very quickly - so the Real Estate's communication is excellent! I have rented many time but Century 21 Toowoomba are the best so far.

Terrible service. You cannot ask these agents for anything without them telling YOU the lay down of how things are, without you having a say in return. Controlling, offensive, they make threats, retaliatory evictions, these people worst mob I have ever had to deal with. shares information with other real estates illegally. Not recommended. Also falsifies some information to suit THEM. Didn't even want to put 1 star.

I emailed a few different real estate agents late at night regarding some advice I was seeking; Century 21 was the only one who got back to me. I got a call from Kirstie Smolenski the very next day and she came to my place within 24 hours to talk to me and my husband. She came prepared with brochures, a list of sold/for sale houses in our area and other information so we could get a good idea of what our home was currently worth and what we could potentially get if we sold it. We also had inquiries about our investment property. She was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to make a decision about selling. All of her personal advice was completely free. We are not quite ready to sell yet but when we are, we will definitely get Kirstie to handle the sale as she knows what she's doing and we are confident of getting a great result with her as our agent!

Really went the extra mile. We have used these guys several times and they do what they say they will and get back to you.
