Zero accountability. Will blame everyone possible but themselves. Failed to address a known issue in a reasonable time frame following a disaster that caused serious damage. This failure then resulted in a second disaster causing even more damage. The issue has still not been properly addressed and there remains a risk of further disaster. It was Toowoomba Stratas responsibility to have someone deal with this and they failed to do so. They have refused to address this matter. Clearly this company can not be trusted to look after anything but their own self interest.

I had the need to report an incident that has been annoying for the wife and I for some time ,however it was difficult for us to ascertain the correct rental agency responsible for the property of concern. We utilized the assistance of Toowoomba Strata and they assured us that they would be in touch with the appropriate agency to rectify the problem. During the dealing i had with Toowoomba Strata I found them to be extremely helpful.

No help whatsover regarding a serious and ongoing issue causing problem after problem including extreme risks to the lives of people involved! There is currently no access for ambulance or any workmen/tradesmen to get to our unit. Since no action has been taken we will be suing Toowoomba Strata if something else happens and Ambulance are unable to access our unit! Extremely disappointed to experience such lack of concern and care!
