Writing this review as the Landlord. Felt really let down by The Agency as they cost us $$ by charging undermarket rent of $80/week for 12 months. Thats over $4000 in lost income. Made it difficult to service the mortgage in light of continual rates increases we have seen from our lender. Gutted!

Professionalism͏ with a heart Denise was a joy to deal with from the time we contacted her for an inspection up to the time we finally collected the keys to our home : Denise displayed nothing but professionalism but at the same time showed us kindness. If only all Agents could be like Denise!

Ben, Georgina and the team from The Agency are amazing. I have worked with them a few times now and they have been responsive and incredibly easy to work with. As a client it's important to know that your real estate professional has got everything in hand, especially when becoming a new landlord. Ben and Georgina made this process so simple and fuss free. I know that I will receive a quick response when I contact them, their communication is open and honest, and every question I have had has been pleasantly answered. 100% recommend The Agency for all of your property needs!

I have been with The Agency for at least 6 years as a tenant and have no complaints. Ally has been such a fantastic and supportive property manager that when I looked at moving recently I did not hesitate to ask for her help. She went above and beyond is assisting me which made the whole process easier. I would recommend her or The Agency to anyone!
