Writing this review as the Landlord. Felt really let down by The Agency as they cost us $$ by charging undermarket rent of $80/week for 12 months. Thats over $4000 in lost income. Made it difficult to service the mortgage in light of continual rates increases we have seen from our lender. Gutted!

Professionalism͏ with a heart Denise was a joy to deal with from the time we contacted her for an inspection up to the time we finally collected the keys to our home : Denise displayed nothing but professionalism but at the same time showed us kindness. If only all Agents could be like Denise!

Ben, Georgina and the team from The Agency are amazing. I have worked with them a few times now and they have been responsive and incredibly easy to work with. As a client it's important to know that your real estate professional has got everything in hand, especially when becoming a new landlord. Ben and Georgina made this process so simple and fuss free.
