If I could rate lower I would. Absolutely the WORST rental company I've ever dealt with. So unbelievably unreasonable. Tried to claim my full bond. When there was NO damage from myself. All things they wanted me to pay for were already damaged prior to me moving in. Absolutely ridiculous. Would never rent with them again and never recommend them.

A great new experience for me. This company was very professional and did they utmost to please to find me a great rental unit. Very happy with the work and effort that was put in to accommodate my novice approach. Thanks especially to Tammy Riehl, my property manager.

Would give 0 stars if I could, registered for a house inspection sat at the house for 20 minutes, and rang up to ask why no one was coming, they said they were held up and had to close, didn’t even bother to ring to say they weren’t coming.

Applied for a house and they didn't contact our references, everything else on our application was perfect. Very disappointed. Also made two phone calls asking about our applications and didn't get a call back both times.
