Ray White Toowoomba

Incompetence at the highest level. Our parents brand new unit was managed by them and on hand over the place was not cleaned properly. Communication was extremely poor, promised call backs only to have to call ourselves again. Proptertie managageer spoke to me in a condescending manner and raised her voice, trying to force us to accept the unit as it was. There was calcium buildup on the shower screens and the windows were not cleaned properly. The garage was dirty and had not been swept out. The carpet had not been cleaned. After waiting a week after vacate for all the issues to be rectified the unit was handed back in a as is condition with the principal saying that’s the best they could do. The shower screens had been cleaned with an abrasive pad that had caused irreversible damage to two shower screens costing $950 to replace. The realistste said they would forward the cleaners details on and that That’s all they would do. If you have a Proptertie and want someone to manage it I would avoid them at all costs after our experience.

Some of them have got no idea what they're talking about. They just make things up. Very poor communication. Property managers either on the phone or out of office. And they never return calls.

We have recently bought an investment property for rent in Toowoomba. We decided to use Ray White in Toowoomba to look after our property as we had heard good things about Ray White from other landlords, tenants & friends that have used Ray White in past or still do. It is still early days but we are more than happy with Katlin from Ray White. Ray White advertised our place straight away & it did not take long until they found us good tenants after their screening process. Katlin took away the stress of it all.
