Don't ever deal with this agency. They lie constantly and don't look after property. Complaints to head office don't even get a response. They'll simply take your money and do nothing for it. Highly recommend talking to a different agency.
I have rented with first national for over 8 years and they are always professional and helpful with any request of concern. Can not praise them enough for helping me with getting a new rental. I can not recommend them more highly.
We rented 9 Ryans Drive through First National for 18 months. They have a friendly team and are always responding to our enquiries in reasonable time. They also looked after us well during the sale of the property and renewed our lease with the new owners after the sale. We wish them all the best.

We called to find out what’s happening with our application. The staff said its already rented. Can you please remove it from the app if its already rented and stop wasting our time. You guys should atleast send us a courtesy email to notify that our application has been rejected. What a poor management!
I could not recommend this real estate at all as property managers. For my experience, the communication has been poor or non-existent. Generally issues with the property have not been well addressed. When I asked the real estate for a recommendation of a builder to do some renovation work I was highly recommended someone who had no license and no insurance but supposedly did work for them all the time. Scary. Timely communication about expenses have also been lacking which a few months ago resulted in unforseen charges significantly impacting our rental income around $1,000. Also, there was a recent unauthorised and dodgy expense of almost $100 on our income statement. I sent an email about this asking for a refund. Haven't heard back and it has been over a month. I don't expect it will be actioned. After my own terrible experiences and hearing the experiences of others I have changed real estates. Easy to do and the new agents are great.
When choosing a unit for my elderly mother, First national staff were very helpful and understanding. The process has been smooth and my mother and I are very happy with all staff we have had contact with. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

I am getting beyond frustrated with First National. Our lease ended the 14th of Feb and were told we needed to get another bond cleaner in as our bond clean wasn’t to their liking. We were told that we would be given the invoice and option to pay ourselves or with the bond. After nearly 2 months of constantly emailing and calling to get the invoice, we received it just yesterday and with the incorrect date and that we’re being charged for the mowing of overgrown lawn when we ourselves mowed it ourselves on the 12th of Feb, 2 days before our move out date. There is photo evidence of this from the exit report on the 15th. Upon asking to discuss why we are being charged, I am still waiting to talk to someone. This has been a stressful 2 months of trying to get our bond back and waste of everyone’s time.
