Toowoomba City Realty have been managing my townhouse since new, Christina, Gracie & the team have been amazing! Responsive and fabulous communication. Nothing has been or is too hard for them. I am also on the Strata Committee and Gracie has been an absolute gem with assisting us with their preferred trades providing great quotes and quick service to maintenance requests. Don't pay attention to reviews from disgruntled tenants, the Property Mangers' first duty is to their landlord but having said that I have always had fabulous tenants chosen for my property that had a good relationship with their PM as well. I refer a lot of fellow investors to the team and will continue to do so!

Took way too long to get back to me about a house that we thought we had - blamed the owners for it. Every house we viewed was dirty and one had the distinct smell of pet pee.
