They are very lazy people. They hardly willing to help anyone. I really had bad experience. In my opinion they should record phone conversations with people calling them, so that management knows short comings and training required. But they really need training and knowledge of information. Above all, helping and positive attitude.  Its consumers based services. Giving one star is on little generous side.

Very very good at the following: not returning calls , not responding to emails in a timely manner, taking over 18 months to get quotes for required maintenance, passing the buck to Karen when you phone yet again to ask same question, forgetting they promised to call you.
