This place is a joke. As a tennant they are absolutely rude and unprofessional and trying to get a reply email is like having your teeth pulled. And that's speaking about a 'thanks for the email I'll look it to it' generic bull other real estates seem to have as auto reply. Actually getting something done? Forget about it. Maybe just maybe if you go in and make a fuss they'll half ass something. Not that I'd really know because communication is non existent. Will my roof leak next time it rains? Do I need to water proof everything again? I know someone came and looked at it but there's no evidence anything was done and it's not like my property manager sees any point in updating me as I'm only just the person living in the place. Worse is that there are severely unethical if not illegal issues that I've contacted them about multiple times. Do I get any response? Nope not at all. Pathetic and not worth paying a cent to.

I made the best decision about 6 weeks ago when I changed to Realway Property Management. From the moment I met Cooper, I knew I was in safe hands. He immediately identified why my home was vacant, offered some easy solutions (including Professional photos) to find tenants for my home which had been vacant for 2 weeks! Within 3 days from signing the paperwork, I had a choice of 3 new tenants! The service did not stop there. I was passed onto Amy, my dedicated property manager who offered feedback about each applicant and made my decision easier.. then came a few maintenance items and nothing was too difficult. This included Amy offering to physically go to Bunnings on my behalf to pick up some new caps for some drains and drop it to my new tenants to save me the time and money of a tradesman doing it. The team goes above and beyond to take care of my home which puts my mind at ease. If you are seeking excellent Property Managers in Toowoomba who go the extra mile to ensure your property is well managed, look no further than Realway Property Partners.
