Prescribe wrong meds for our kids. Have to frequently go back for more paperwork to get stuff done because Dr Kath Latu gets it wrong more than she gets it right. She prescribed bum cream for Eczema, the pharmacist luckily solved the problem on the go. Also told us they wouldn't do routine vaccinations over the covid period... was a lie. This Doctor has wasted so much of our time. I would only recommend going if you want your children to get more sick.
Been going for 12 years. They have helped me through both my pregnancys and also treat our kids. They listen, are onto new research and very understanding.
Doctors here are so thorough and supportive. They really care and it shows. Yes you have to wait a little longer than you would like sometimes, but thats usually due to the doctors caring about their patients and not rushing them.
Overall it was okay and mostly mature clients, doctors and staff. The young lady working as a reception was really rude and unpleasant attitude. I wouldn't go back, my pain will be even more excruciating if I have to deal with her again!
I once posted about the wait time to see the Drs at this practice, however, now I can clearly see that this is just due to the thoroughness of the Drs and perhaps not patients booking correct appointments. I appreciate that they will always make time to see children too
Best Doctors and front desk staff in town always go above and beyond for their patient's I've never left here feeling like all my concerns have not been answered as i have with other practices. They are always willing to help over the phone if they can. Highly recommend Tiakina Te Ora been with them near 10 years and plan on staying there
Great for babies and toddlers. The doctors make sure there's always time to see ours on the same day, we call up in the morning and they are usually seen within an hour.
Totally agree with the clients above. The receptionist is very rude, I was try to see the doctor as a new patients , I answer all the questions, few minutes she blends me twice.sound like a Indian lady, the another one is good.
Consistent good service from front desk, nurses and doctors. Caring professional practice. I would highly recommend the integrity and caliber of the doctors.
Always have to wait for awhile, this is because the doctors actually care and aren’t all about getting you out of the door and taking your money .
