I had to come by to comment after a fantastic experience. Staff were so helpful and friendly. My sonographer was extremely professional, sensitive and caring. She really put me at ease. I so wish I'd come here during my 2 pregnancies. Truly recommend this place.
Agree with the previous reviews of reception staff. If you hate your job, get a new one. The technicians are lovely though. I had avoided this clinic after a poor experience years ago and instead driving to Botany for my frequent ultrasounds despite living in Papakura. Due to time constraints, I booked my most recent scan here and nothing had changed. The receptionist didn’t even look up from her computer when I walked in, just held her hand out for my referral form and told me to “take a seat”. When I was walking out, I could see she was watching sports on her computer… I honestly don’t know how employees like this keep their position.
The Sonographer as absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more pleasant and sweet. However the medical receptionists reduced me to tears more than once. They were were rude, insulting and basically made me feel like I was wasting their time, despite having a high risk pregnancy. I would never return to Papakura branch because of them. No one deserves to be treated so horribly on more than one occasion by more than one receptionist. As a medical professional myself I was very disappointed.
Morning staff ARG. Absolutely rude and appalling service from both receptionist. On a health and safety basis Your entrance has no wheelchair access and in cases of an emergency presents a hazard this will be addressed in a complaint to work safe nz. Your manager has also been contacted and I have made a complaint about both you neglect of professionalism. My incident could have been avoided with professionalism and care as I am wheelchair bound but you both chose to sit at your computers and correct myself and partner on being careful with the doors? Do you both value the door over patient care? Not once did one of you both bother to help open the doors to your facility or assist my partner . This was a traumatic experience
Easy to book an appointment, you visit their website and fill in the form and they would contact quite soon to arrange. The sonographer was very careful, serious, picky with her job, which made me feel very impressed. I will definitely come back for my 20 week pregnancy scan.
I am very concerned about your covid safety to patients in your centre. Everyone has to fill out a form using the same clip boards and pen. These are not wiped down after each person uses them. I asked the lady at the desk and she said they are to busy to wipe them down. Am not happy with the response.
Lady at reception wasn't very friendly and basically ignored my request to get an invoice, which i had just paid for.. until i have completed my x-ray. I didn't think it was unreasonable to get an invoice straight away.. but was too much of a hassle.. wouldn't recommend, However the lady who did my xray was great..
Seems to be a common issue with the branch at Papakura. POOR service from receptionists. Judging from the other reviews, I don't need to elaborate. Sonographer on the other hand, AWESOME! Front office staff, lift your game!
I've been getting my pregnancy scans done here and highly recommend them. Very welcoming staff who made every visit a comfortable experience. They also give you a USB with all the images to keep! Love it.
Whoever Liz is, ROCKS! Needed X-rays and notes to be sent urgently to a specialist and after a couple quick security questions she was able to assist me with professionalism and courtesy :-.
