I have a young daughter and one of the receptionists not Katrina she is lovely has actually made me feel scared to call in for an appointment due to the way I was spoken to like she didn't need to come in. It's very upsetting so I've just been taking my daughter to the a&e instead. I have tried to make multiple appointments but had no answer as being on hold for a long time or even being hung up on. I'm upset that this doctors has given me so much anxiety to make an appointment. Also most clinics you can book online and this one doesn't seem to have that option. Unless they have not informed me of this. Will be looking for a new doctor as I don't want to feel judged or to scared like I'm wasting their time when I need my daughter to be seen.
My family just joined doctors we have seen are very helpful. But thier reseption at the front desk and on the phone are rude mean and nasty. The one with glasses comes off as a racist she ignores people of color and spends all her time making out that she's busy then she go's out the back makes you wait like a power trip she needs to go
The staff and Doctors are fabulous. The administrators have also gone above and beyond to help my pensioner father and I, especially in the hectic lead up to Christmas. Thank you so much.
My regular doc for 3+ years now. My doctor is amazing, she has helped me with issues i never thought id ever be able to overcome. Will continue to go here
I have been with this doctors for a number of years. This clinic started off with just the 2 main doctors Holmes & McKay. However with the increase of doctors they are employing more receptionists. In the past few months their has been a very ignorant receptionist and I have complained to my doctor about her rudeness and how her phone manner is. Service wise they provide an excellent service.
The worst Medical cnetre in Papakura, the lady Doctors act like they know what they are doing but they don't, they guess alot and are not helpful in giving us answers to our sicknesses. Reception is just as bad, they are in a career that is suppose to offer customer service, yet we don't get customer service. I have no cofidence in the Lady Doctors there and think they need to upskill more. I haven't really been in a session with Dr Mckay or Dr Keith as they are always booked or away. I don't understand why this practise still exists really, or why Doctors like the ones I've had at this place are aloud to give any medical advice or nothing advice at all. Why? I 100% agree with Liam Parkins review..
The doctors are really great but the receptionist is too rude. I called in and she was okay at first instance but later requested one more thing and she was very rude about it . it seems she needs more training on customer service or how to talk to people in general. The phone keeps ringing and when she picked it seemed like she was doing a favour to me by doing her job.
Dr. Primla Khar is so terrible, mannerless and arrogant lady. I’ve never seen such a rude person in medical profession in NZ. We are lodging a formal complaint against her as well. Every time we talked to her, she made us feel like third class citizens.She definitely needs training how to deal with people over phone and choose the right words. We are changing our family clinic just because of her.Our worst GP we ever had in NZ.
I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR'S CLINIC BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS USELESS, ONE DOCTOR SAID MY DIAGNOSIS WAS THIS AND THE OTHER DIDN'T GIVE ME AN ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM. NOR DID THEY REFER ME TO INVESTIGATE WHAT MY PROBLEM IS... VERY USELESS PLEASE GO AND UPSKILL YOUR DOCS.
Receptionist has been very helpful, answering all my questions in a timely polite manner. Brilliant staff, I went there for my first appointment, and got my Covid 19 vaccine within 5 minutes. Nurses are lovely, doctor is lovely and went through all my notes beforehand. Had a blood test done and they texted me the next morning of the results. Can't ask for a better service. Glad I switched to this clinic.
