Rudest receptionists I have ever come across. Not once have I called and they aren’t rude or passive aggressive. Called for a mental health appointment and the receptionist turned me down and told me to go elsewhere cause they’re fully booked? I don’t understand how she still has her job but I suggest going elsewhere unless you want a bad experience.
I feel as if they’re rude. Whenever I try to get in contact with them they either keep hanging up or just won’t answer altogether. And whenever they do answer the first thing they say is “sprry we’re booked out” they don’t even give you the chance to talk.
The Dr's are OK. But you have to deal with a horribly rude receptionist to get to them.
They refused to give me medical care just because I cancelled my appointment which is against the law. Completely and utterly useless I have reported them to the ministry of health. They need replace their reception staff.
I have been coming here since I was a teenager for more than two decades. Excellent doctor's and medical staff, really good people, I highly recommend.
Best doctors, been here my whole life and always well looked after.
Would give it zero stars if I could bad service seems to always overbooked or double booked and turns away patients instead of sorting out there mistakes with bookings.
Great practice and friendly staff.
