BEST PHARMACY IN PAPAKURA HANDS DOWN! Great job by new management Superb customer experience, welcoming/knowledgeable retail staff. They are always keen to go above and beyond for you. The dispensary team are always working hard and genuinely care about their patients. Also well stocked with a great range of products. The post shop man is very kind and helpful too.

Best pharmacy in Papakura. I have been coming here for 12 years multiple times a week and I have always had the most amazing care. Devika goes out of her way to make getting my usual meds a breeze. Definitely the BEST pharmacy in Papakura by far! I get greeted with a smile and by name each and every day. I will continue coming here for years to come. Thanks team.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I don't actually have the words to describe how brilliant and professional their services are!!! They are constantly going out of  way to help you in whatever way possible. I had no clue that they provided such helpful services like free covid care packs AND to top it off they DELIVERED it to me within a timely manner aswell. I'm not one to usually leave such large reviews but I felt compelled to. Their customer service instore is A1 Some people just don't understand how understaffed and overworked these community pharmacies are, we need to support our local nz pharmacies because they put in tremendous amounts of hard work for the community and the least we should do is support them and not just complain. I've been coming here since 2019 three times a week to this day to collect my meds an every one of those days I've been made to feel comfortable an valued as a client but today tops it off. Today is Auckland day public holiday an Diveka went out of her way in her own personal time to give me my meds making me feel more valued as a client of 4yrs now so least I can do is express an share my appreciation from this experience to let people know why I feel this way about this chemist. Thank you again Diveka an team for the past 4years an Today especially I really do feel appreciated 5star review should be lots lots more.

0 stars mainly because they have no customer service, people are standing there waiting to be served and all they do is walk past the counter and chit chat about their lives behind the cabinet or cleanup. Very annoying, well we sick patients just wanna get our medicine and leave, very unorganized system of how they sort there already made packs of medicine. Very Very poor service.

Papakura  Pharmacist   Unichem.....they  are  absolutely   awesome.....The  Pharmacist   is  such  a   knowledge   woman   and  really  cares  about  her  clients  that   come  and  see  her.........l   live  about  20  kms  from  this  Pharmacy   but  l   changed  just  because  of  her  knowledge   and  experience I

My little family caught COVID this week and I could not get through to my family doctor all week and apparently they were tending to other calls.    I just needed to get medication for my myself and my children.  I did not know we could get free medication from our local pharmacy, I called through to see if they could help my little family and the head pharmacist helped me in a heartbeat with amazing advise for my children. She even went out of her way knowing our children needed medication and tried her best to get someone out as soon as possible and not make me wait until after hours.  I appreciate her service so much that I would not go to any other pharmacy here on out. So grateful. God bless.

I went there twice in total.  The second time I went to the store to buy medicine when they was not busy in the morning, the old lady who picked me up was an old employee with a very arrogant attitude.  She is impatient with every customer, as if we are taking up her time and delaying her chatting with colleagues, because except for my inquiries, she answers, and the rest of the time I receive me is chatting with colleagues

Amazing service,  all staff were very kind and knowledgeable.

Devika and the team always go above and beyond to take care of you, ensure your scripts are sorted and even add the personal touch of calling, and help with covid meds when you're isolating. Can't ask for a better local pharmacy!
