Tried to buy a prevage eye cream on saturday. The unresponsive cow at the beauty counter found wrapping a box more important. Wont be back :

Rude and lazy staff! Don't explain things properly but are quick to follow and eye ball you around the store!

I been to other pharmacies during level 3 and 4 and was able to roam around socially distanced in order to purchase my essential products. Not sure why this pharmacy is even open during level 3, apart from providing prescriptions. I waited 10 minutes in line lucky it wasn’t long!! only to find out that the store part is actually closed off, which was very annoying, as there was no sign indicating this outside the shop.  I was told by a staff member that I can’t go through the shop and if I need a product then I have to tell her what it is, so I did, but she didn’t know what the product was. So to make things easier for her, I went on their website through my phone to show her a picture of the product. She literally rolled her eyes, didn’t even bother to move and just said rudely “no we don’t have that sorry” without any other explanation. It’s a pretty standard product that they sell and I guaranteed if she actually looked then she would have found the product but instead she chose to be lazy, wasted my time and lost a purchase of $60 for the company.  The management here should really consider re-evaluating your covid-19 precautions, as this branch is not going make much money this way or satisfy your customers. It’s totally fine if you want to close off the shop but please have staff that will actually do their jobs and bother looking for the customer requested product, so that a purchase can be made!!  First and last time I will be visiting this pharmacy!! Sticking to Unichem in Takanini, where I actually get treated like a customer.

Staff here are too rude and abrupt and don't explain things well. They need customer service training. Management is just as bad. The attitude goes from top to bottom as usual. They blame the customer for their lack of ability to explain things properly

Went here for my Covid vaccination. Staff were warm and friendly and will assist you accordingly. There was no queue when I came in so the process went smoothly. It was well organized; took about less than 20mins including the 15min wait time after the jab.

I need to ask my GP to fax script somewhere else. They chemist  release it in two repeats... went there to pick up repeats in two successive Saturdays as I work daytime weekdays but they are close and its lockdown. I thought they are essential but  operating as not. I should have transferred it long before when they gave a wrong dosage of meds.

This is a wonderful company.  I get my prescriptions from them and they help tremendously.  their pricing is very good, their shipping is quick and you get well done tracking.  Their customer service is amazing.  I wish I could give them 15 stars, they deserve it!

Went there for a Covid-19 Vaccine for my kid, who is scared with needle ... He was refused by the nurse due to he would screaming. If you have same situation, go to other place. Waste of time.

Fantastic  have been going there for a long time would  not go any where else. Fabulous  staff so friendly  and helpful. And you can have a joke with them.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a very long time.  It isn't the closest to me and I have tried other chemists but this one is amazing.  The pharmacist asks questions regarding my many medications if there is a change or they want me to be aware of side effects.  Amazing to shop there as well.  People make the place with their smiles and service.
