Organised a phone appointment, the doctor didn't call when I called to ask why they had no idea and offered me another phone appointment in 6 weeks timenThis is unbelievablenn4/11/24nThank you for respondingnI will respectfully decline the offer to speak with your business manager as it is a doctor I need to see.nI know that funding is essential to keep the operation running but I feel patient numbers may have increased beyond capacity to ensure that funds are high and thus patient care has suffered and has perhaps dropped on the list of priorities.nI have enrolled with another centre as I have high blood pressure and I am not in a position to wait 6 weeks for an appointment.nI wish the centre and staff all the best for the future.
Absolutely pathetic, we have been waiting weeks for simple test results that should have been relayed within the week. We called and they said the nurse would call back, it's been two days and now they won't answer the phone. You call during opening hours and the phone line says they are closed. I understand they might be busy but having to wait 3 weeks for a nurse or doctor to spend less than 5 minutes of their time to open a test result is madness.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Counties Care Family Doctors, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. From start to finish, I was impressed with the level of care and attention provided by the staff.nnFirstly, I was pleased with the quickness of my visit. I didn't have to wait long before I was seen by the doctor, which was a pleasant surprise. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable discussing my medical concerns with them. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided me with clear and concise explanations of my treatment options.nnWhat really stood out to me was the genuine care and concern shown by both the doctor and the receptionist. It was clear that they were both invested in my well-being and wanted to ensure that I received the best possible care. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had all the information I needed.nnSpeaking of the receptionist, I must say that she was amazing and incredibly helpful. She was friendly, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure that my visit was smooth and stress-free. It's not often that you encounter such exceptional customer service, and I was truly impressed.nnThe only downside to my visit was the pharmacy located in the same building. I was disappointed to learn that they add an extra $5 to every prescription, which I consider to be a fraudulent practice. However, this does not reflect on the outstanding care provided by Counties Care Family Doctors.nnIn conclusion, I highly recommend Counties Care Family Doctors to anyone in need of quality medical care. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring, and they go above and beyond to ensure that their patients receive the best possible care. Just be sure to avoid the pharmacy in the same building.
My partner had a fractured foot and waited for URGENT CARE, where she wait over 4 hours. After 4 hours the pain in her foot became unbearable, she gave up waiting to see the doctors just to see the result for X-rays and ask for a refund because they wasted her time and she never got to see the doctor. The rude reception lady did nothing and said just said no. My partner additionally requested for her own medical records patient have the right to request this but they said no also. Awful service and the wait time for “URGENT” care is beyond ridiculous as other people who came after my partner was seen before her. Nobody has all day to wait around being in pain.
People please be aware of the charges!!! This place can rip you off. For instance, I visited a couple of times before and the charge I paid was only $35 for a walk-in to see GP. Yesterday, I was charged $100 by pay-wave and upon looking at the receipt when I questioned I was told this is the fee for Urgent Care! I did not request for urgent care. I was simply ill and wanted to see GP like before occasions. I still wonder who has given the authority at the clinic to charge anything they like to vulnerable patients? Why GP and Urgent Care process including charges are integrated in such a way that may cause confusions. Looking at other comments for this organization - I see this is a common and serious issues and YET no one bothered to resolve it or proactively looking into the business process improvement here? PEOPLE once again, be AWARE of this place as they can RIP YOU OFF.nn>> After looking at the feedback from the business today, I see a new excuse or eye wash - As I mentioned in my original post, why I was charged differently in multiple occasions and at my recent and last visit - it was charged $100.nDisplay information on the counter is useless if staff and business are NOT following the right practices !!!
