Saved my life one day. Always helpful snd great knowledge of health and cures.
The staff here are doing an incredible job under extremely stressful and difficult circumstances with COVID. I’ve never had an issue booking an appointment and am always greeted by kind, friendly staff that go out of their way to help and answer any questions I have. I am very grateful for the work Roselands Doctors does!
Lovely place doctors listen to your concerns and go through their though process as to what it might be. Have follow up calls and genuinely care. Best doctors ive had in many years. Highly recommend!
The doctors helped me to get what I wanted
Switched from Dr Courtenay to Roselands a couple of years back and since doing that, it has been quite difficult booking in appointments. Either you’re a little less than 10 minutes late and suddenly have to reschedule or you’re 10 minutes early and have to wait 15-45 minutes. Organisation can be a little slack sometimes but apart from that, the doctors are decent.
If only they would keep to time
Our family doctor clinic. Have been with them the past 3 years and we are extremely happy. Our concerns always feel validated, staff are great and the doctors are wonderful with my small child. They can get booked quickly but the nurse/s on hand are fantastic in a pinch & they'll refer you to a Dr within same day if not at same time if they discover it's absolutely necessary.
Super rude do not recommend not helpful and they all look miserable it's not hard to put a smile on your face all I asked was if there was any way I can make an appointment the lady was rude and had an attitude don't go here!
Had an appointment with a nurse for 9am, wasn't seen to until 915am the nurse stood behind the counter casually talking to the other staff members for 15 mins while I waited, then finally the nurse approached me, took me into the consult room just to inform me she had booked me with a doctor at 10am. Having planned my day around this appointment, do these people not realize we have other things that fill our days instead of being arrogant and disrespecting patient time? To add salt to the wound, no follow up call or anything, I will be moving my files to a different GP!
Highly recommend this clinic. The doctors are extremely professional, approachable and empathetic. Great with kids! Children's appointments are free, and the pharmacy is just a few doors down.
