Car not ready, given "upgrade" from small car to a fuel chugging SUV, service had booked wrong date and time for drop-off, couldn't coordinate new pickup time with wellington because "the islands can't talk to each other". Avoid.

Booked rental vehicle at Queenstown airport. While getting vehicle in car park found car dirty inside and outside. Wasted time speaking to rent desk at airport, again went in the airport to charge car. Whole family waiting in car park for 30-49min. Will not recommend.
