Britz Campervan Hire Queenstown

We were very happy with our hire from them. Free WiFi and a nice clean toilet were a nice way to start our trip. And they had tea and coffee supplies available, as well as a kids play corner. We wanted to pick up our van early to which they allowed, but when we got there the van wasn't ready - so they suggested we go get a meal, and paid the bill for us. Also we booked a britz van, but the van given to us was a Maui. Not sure what the difference is, but if this happens to you, don't be alarmed.

Very rude and aggressive staff we were also kept waiting for over 2 hours to collect our vehicles and no-one showed us around we we did receive it. There was also confusion over our booking online as they had said they never received anything despite clear transactions being taken from my account. Will never go back.

RV was clean and waiting. Had a few issues to address upon arrival. Could give a few more instructions on usage. When checking back in at Christchurch a week later, lady was much more helpful explaining stuff that would have been nicer to know at beginning. They were friendly and helpful. RV was just perfect.

Easy and friendly service and staff. Easy to find location.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. This place is close to Queenstown airport, and restaurants and a shopping center are nearby.
