AeroDrive Car Rental

Rented our Santa Fe for 6 weeks and all was going fairly well until they agreed to provide a credit for dropping the car back early, then claimed they had refunded the difference when they hadn't. Spent 5 weeks chasing down the refund and continually get the run around that they will "look into it". Even provided credit card statements but Aerodrive continue to pass the buck.

Good car rental place, very helpful if allowing us to change the drop off location. The was was not 100% clean when we picked it up, the offered to clean and all was well!

Great customer service, prompt pickup and drop off from the airport. Made traveling without our own vehicle a breeze. Would definately recommend Aerodrive Car rentals to all travelling to Queenstown.

I rented a car several times from these people which was paid for by my work but they charged my credit card without my knowledge despite confirming at check-in that my work had paid in full and my credit card was not to be charged. Getting a refund was also difficult. They just had no idea every time I checked in. I would NOT recommended aerodrive for corporate travel.

Do not rent a car from this company. We picked up an SUV, checked the body before driving away but did not check the tyres. Within 10 mins of leaving we felt the car slip, skid and struggle up a hill - the front two tyres had almost no tread, they can’t have been road worthy. We arranged for a replacement vehicle, on arrival the car they had hoped to replace it with had the same issue with the tyres. The car they eventually found for us was a lot smaller and within 20 mins of driving away had smoke pouring from the engine. We waisted a lot of time sorting out these problems and felt the staff did not understand they were significant safety issues. There is no way those three cars would have received road worthy certificates. Keep yourself safe and save yourself time - do not rent a vehicle from them.
