I booked a Toyota Highland for a 2 week road trip from Queenstown to Auckland. The vehicle did look like it had been just been dropped off by the previous customer as the exterior wasn't particularly clean.  The interior was of acceptable condition.  The exterior inspection report did not match the actual condition hence photos and video was taken upon pick up as a precaution even though zero excess insurance was purchased. However, I can't fault the vehicle or the customer service at pick up and drop off.  Would I rent from Omega again? definitely.

Everything went well. we were collected by the van at Queenstown Airport and taken to the Omega depot. We received the car within about 10 minutes, we had a Toyota Vitz which was fine, nice and easy to drive. We extended the the rental of the car whilst we had it, this was as simple as making a call to Omega and they then charged the extra to my credit card. Drop of was nice and simple, we were then dropped back to the airport by the van.

Easy as! Arrived at Queenstown airport and was picked up in 5 minutes. Omega rentals is just down the road from airport. Signed some paperwork and was off on my merry way in about half an hour after arriving. Car was better than what I was expecting for the price. Dropped the car off and after a 1 minutes check of the car they dropped me off at the door of the airport. Honestly it couldn't be much easier and better value for money.

We were ery pleased how organized the staff was and with communication. The staff were very helpful and we loved the car. Car was in an excellent condition and picking up and dropping off was very easy. Will be renting the car from them again in future..  Highly recommended

We had a great experience with Omega Rentals. They picked us up from the airport and the whole process from signing the hiring the car to return was really simple. The car rent was really affordable and they even upgraded us with no extra cost as we had some issue with the car we originally hired. The car we got was really clean and we really enjoyed our drive in the South Island. The staff were really friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Omega rentals to anyone who wants to rent a car in Queenstown.

Great corolla hatch. Economical with fuel. Held the road well.good value for money, went with zero excess. Booking online very easy.  The only small thing I could say was staff could of asked us after a month's hire, had we enjoyed our holiday and was there any issues, but that didn't come. Our shuttle driver was a gentlemen and we all had a great chat. Queenstown a great town.

Another great experience with Omega. The quoted price was affordable - big tick. The Corolla hatch that we had booked wasn't available so we were upgraded to a larger Toyota sedan at no extra cost. Car was clean and drove very well. Transfers to and from the airport were easy. Staff are great to deal with and you are on your way in no time. Highly recommended. Well done again Omega.

Top service & reliable rental car, highly recommended! We had a Toyota RAV4 AWD for 2 1/2 weeks in Nov/Dec 2022 from Omega Queenstown Airport Car Hire and could not have been happier. Everything went 100% to plan. Fast airport pickup & delivery, efficient and rapid paperwork processing, reliable & clean car! What else could we ask for?

Very good experience with Omega cars. Booking communication was prompt and friendly. I changed my pick up time the week before which was no issue. Shuttle bus pick up and drop off to Queenstown airport was quick and easy. Paperwork and car collection went smoothly. Externally the car was scratched and a bit rough, however the interior was clean and super comfortable. A few minor details was the clock was on the wrong time and the windscreen sticker was stuck in the line of vision of the passenger. The sticker would have been better in the corner more out of view. Would definitely hire again from Omega. Thanks for making my trip an easy one!

First time renting a car. We were very happy with the AWD car we got. It was clean and decently new. Not sure how price compares to other companies but we were recommended Omega from another friend who had previously done some price comparisons and found Omega to be reasonable. Pick up and drop off was easy with the shuttle service.
