Great experience hiring a 4WD 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe over the past 6 days from Apex Queenstown.nCar drove great and customer service from the apex team was excellent.nWill certainly be coming back if their prices remain sharp.

I had such a great experience with Apex Car Rental in Queensland. I rang them within 20 minutes of closing to change my pick-up time, and they were so accommodating and genuinely cared about helping me. Across my rental, I interacted with three different staff members, and every single one of them was positive, friendly, and helpful.nnThe car itself was clean, safe, and excellent quality. They also provided a very comfortable car seat for my daughter, which gave me peace of mind while travelling. I also love that they offer the zero-excess option for extra reassurance.nnA special shout-out to Felix for his wonderful assistance! I highly recommend Apex Car Rental and will definitely be booking with them again.

Hired a car for 7 days. The process from pick-up to drop-off was very easy. Took no more than 5mins to my surprise. Friendly service and great experience as someone renting a car for the first time : Will be using Apex Car Rentals again when I return to Queenstown

Reasonably priced car and was able to pick up from the Queenstown airport, which was a few minute walk. The office just closed when we arrived but the instructions were clear to get the keys etc and even drop off at Christchurch too. Staff were very friendly too. The small Hyundai car was a good size for my friend and I to travel south island and had no issues with the car too.

Had a very good experience with Apex, Queenstown. Pick up and getting the vehicle went smooth. I had an issue with the initial vehicle I gota drivers issue, nothing wrong with the vehicle itself and changed it the next day without issue. On return the inspection went quickly and got the shuttle back to the airport. It is only a 7 min walk, but the shuttle is good if you have lots of bags. Would definitely use them again.
