Thrifty Car and Truck Rental Hoppers Crossing

I've been using a different rental company when I lived in the city, but since I still had my Blue Chip membership I've decided to go back to Thrifty, which I don't regret. It was my first time hiring fron this location. I've hired a truck, on arrival Nick was very polite and proffesional and gave what could possible be the best rental breakdown of the service I've ever had. Everything was clearly explained. The truck was also in good condition. The girl on return was also swift and proffesional. Will certainly return should I require another rental.

Very unprofessional customer lady(Linda). She didn’t answer our quiries at all and was very rude while attending us . This is the last time We are going to hire car from them. I never felt that bad before anywhere in Australia, Specially with customer service . There were a couple who were booking car in fromtmof us in a que . She was very rude to them as well and instead of answering there quiries she told them that come back again let me serve other customers. Shame on you guys .

Very rude and unprofessional manager........please take photographs of any damage on your vehicle before leaving the premises and very important when you return vehicle stay next to your vehicle during return inspection.........I prefer budget just opposite to them very professional and good customer services
