They offered me points for my rental then realised they'd lose money so refused to honour their contract. Terrible service from their customer relations team. Breaking a contract is against consumer law.

Terrible customer service. Rang and was told to go to their website because my call was too close to closing time. No offer for return call or anything. Clearly no interest in going above and beyond.
