Do not use Jucy to rent a car. Their vehicles are substandard and many are not road worthy. They rented me a vehicle with steering alignment that was out, a weird screaming sound from the engine at high speeds, cracked windscreen, broken key, dirty inside and out, and screechy brakes. That vehicle shouldn't have been on the road. The rental wasn't that much cheaper than a regular rental. And the company completely denied that there was anything wrong with the vehicle and refused to adequately compensate me. I will never use Jucy again and would not recommend the company to anyone else.

Used to like these guys . Now u cant hire for less than 5 days. Money grabbing scheme. No loyalty whatsoever. Also if you return the car late you will be blacklisted absolutely preposterous!! Redspot are good though try them . Also hire to P platers are wonderful, never had an issue !!

Great service, great personnel, easiest rental I've ever made. I rented à campervan and a classic car, had absolutely 0 problem in both cases. Thank you Jucy !

Cheap & good service which is rare. They were extremely understanding about moving my reservation a few hours earlier and also let us leave our bags for a few hours while waiting for the bus.

We were 4 people renting the "El Cheapo" van for 8 days. And to be onest the car was cheap, but that's it! We experienced a few problems with this four seater. We wanted to build our bed in the first night, but we were not able to pull the passenger seat in the front forward. We had to sleep on the seats in the back that night. After calling the hotline a couple times they sent someone to fix the seat. He was able to pull the seat forward by using some tools, but after that we could not move it anymore, the seat was broke. We also had an allergic reaction to the blessings or it were bedbugs in it - we had little pimples all over our body. We had an engine breakdown in the middle of nowhere. The speakers inside the car were broke, the sound was horrible. The worst thing about it was, that after bringing the car back and complaining, they only told us that things like that would be normal, because it was an old car. In addition to that they did not respond to the email we wrote afterwards, in which we were telling them about everything. Would never rent a jury car again, definitely not recommend!!!
