These guys are super easy to deal with. If there is any doubt in your mind about whether you are OK/safe to hire a car through Prestige Rentals, there shouldn't be! Really great service.. they organised a rental for us last minute on a Saturday afternoon and the vehicle was delivered within the hour. Friendly, trustworthy team who will bend over backwards to make sure you’re looked after. We had lots of fun with the Ferrari and will definitely hire another supercar from Prestige in the future !!
The Prestige Rentals Team have gone above and beyond once again! We originally booked the Bentley Continental which was unfortunately returned late by the original customer. We were in a hurry to get moving so they have us a free upgrade to the Ferrari 488! Thanks very much to the late returning customer and what an amazing outcome it was. I have dealt with Prestige Rentals now on a few occasions going through more than one employee between those occasions and I can say their customer service is top notch. They are understanding of the customers needs and cater the experience to what you need. I found their pricing more than reasonable when compared to other similar companies. I have hired the Rolls Royce Ghost as well as the Ferrari 488 and will update this review after the date however based on the customer service and flexibility when dealing with Prestige Rentals I would feel confident recommending them over other companies.
Amazing fleet of luxury vehicles! Our first booking was the Mercedes C63, loved it. Second booking the Range Rover Sport, beautiful all round car! We then hired the Ferrari 488 and Lamborghini Huracan. Absolutely blown away. Still don’t know which one we prefer. The Lamborghini hire experience that Prestige Rentals provided has absolutely blown my mind. I’ve always been a lover of luxury cars. I’ve owned Mercedes C63’s and BMW M4’s and it’s always been a dream of mine to drive a supercar especially a Lamborghini. Thanks to the Prestige Rentals team for perfect service from start to finish. Andreas was great to deal with the sale, Matt was great to deal with coordination and also thanks to Paige for releasing the security bond promptly. Big thanks to Andreas and the Prestige Rentals crew for the Rolls Royce chauffeur service! We took so many photos and will have memories for years. The Rolls Royce Ghost is an absolute beast of a car. We love the matte black too! I felt like a king for the night with the heated and massage seats cranking.
