Quality Car Rentals

I have rented from here several times to take my elderly mother on long trips and found it to be really excellent. The staff super helpful getting her into the car, they give me upgrades and discounts as I some back more often and they were even nice to me when I forgot to pay tolls. Its a low cost place so I think anyone who fell through the gaps just had the bad luck that can come with that .

Very rude people second time I rented a car from them. I'm from overseas and will not tell my friends to come here!

We too recently had the fantastic opportunity to rent a car from a Matthew from Quality Car & Truck Rentals. We really wanted a truck but on Matthew insistence, we went ahead with a car. Now, the point is, after returning the car, we discovered that we had left our daughters favourite toy, a heart shaped wire purse in the car. At first we didn’t realise until Matthew phoned to tell us that he had it. (He actually has a "Lost property" cupboard/drawer on the premises) After returning it he joked that he wouldn't mind one of his own. We laughed out loud. Matthew job well done & if you don’t have a Victorian Tourism award you should.

The service was good and staff informative. Also appreciate the return vehicle option, while restricted to 9:30 pm is better than most large chains who don't offer this.
