Irene is a legend. I had a long term rental & couldn't have been happier with the service. Irene kept in touch & was prompt getting back to me as required. Even working a little magic so I could have the same car after a break.  The only actual issue I had was that I didn't like the flavour of air freshener that came in the car.  Rentabomb is exactly as it says it is & I think the team do a great job.

I would like to say a huge thank you firstly to rent a bomb, but mostly I would like to say a massive thanks to Irene I have been renting a car now for quiet a few months and Irene has assisted me with a few different situations, out of my control and Irene was able to assist going above and beyond. My experience with rent a bomb and as well with Irene has been nothing but accommodating if it wasn't for the team and there commitment ongoing I wouldn't have been able to get to work and home from work. So I would like to say a huge thank you and I appreciate there help and will highly recommend anyone to use them when in need of a higher car. And a special thanks to Irene for all the help if only there were more people in the world willing to above and beyond in providing customer service.

These guys were great. My car was being repaired so I hired from here. The car was great for a bomb, reasonably priced & I was able to extend 3 times due to delays with my car. No issues whatsoever. Thank you!

i rented a hiace van for 24 hrs and after driving 5 kms it broke down due to a fan belt an solenoid issue,the mechanic and irene were sensational in theyre handling and organising of the inconveniance i was offered an extension amongst other offers and gladly accepted and want to say thank you to both for the understanding and the work you did to make my weekend of moving stay on track with your common sense approach and professionalism,i will add my attitude did contribute to making the process smooth as its clear if a vechile wants to break down it will and theres no point whatsoever in blaming anyone.would i hire from hoppers crossing again ? london to a brick i would ;
