Worst customer service i have ever seen. This is a franchise so expect lower quality of service. When picking up the car the office was open and unattended. walked around for 15 mins when i guy came in ask what can i do for you. No hello, sorry or introducing himself as a staff member. guy looked homeless, unshaven and in poor health, no uniform or badge id was worn. Rented a truck for 2 days, which was dirty and no cameras. I asked for pre paid petrol he said they dont accepted due to license issues? when returning the car he said it was 2 litres under and tried to charge me the extra telling me i didnt fill it up fully as the method is a special way to fill it up. i will never goto this location ever again.

NEVER book car hire here WORST service and unreliability ever.I booked car online it was confirmed I arrived on time firstly to be told eft was not working and advised to walk to the nearest shop to withdraw cash-out. I returned 10min later only to be informed that the cars have just been sent to Geelong. I phoned Geelong to find out they had ample fleet available please don't waste your time here very unprofessional and disappointing.AND to make things worse we got taxi there and had to return home in taxi.

Pathetic service, I booked the 7seater previous week at the centre, Mark recorded it and said 'all good'. When I arrived to get it , the front desk told me 'sorry no car' and started blaming Mark. One of the worst service, no idea who is taking care of this franchise..Never go there, they do not know how to serve customers..
