DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Deal with Hertz at Hoppers Crossing. The guy there Con with the pommie accent was absolutely rude and didn’t even try to sort out a small issue It’s a -5 stars from me. Keep away Disgusting and Disappointing.

I wouldn’t even give one star if I could. Terrible customer service on two occasions of trying to secure our rental car through insurance. Unapologetic and very poor customer service. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere- Budget was terrific.

DISGRACEFUL Customer Service. Abhorrent, repulsive and just plain rude. They severely lack the skills to deal with people. They will give you attitude over the phone and fail to understand, explain and follow the Hertz Rental Policies.
