Excellent location slightly removed from the hubbub of town. Sweet, friendly and helpful proprietors who made some great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Convenient parking and easy access to the lake. Stayed at a very spacious comfortable unit. Loved the mineral pool (they also have a separate regular pool which looked beautiful but we didn't use it)

Our stay at the Reef Resort was exceptional. Our room was extremely spacious with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony with amazing views of lake Taupo. The hotel managers were very friendly and provided recommendations on places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend renting bikes from the front desk for a great lake-side activity!

The room is clean and bright. Bathroom is comfortable. Wonderful location near Taipo Lake (walk 3 min) and near Restaurants (drive ~ 5 min)

Luxury at its finest. Beautiful views located right on the lakefront. Very spacious and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more
