We had almost a week here. The location is fantastic - right on the shore, brilliant views of the lake and mountains, easy access to heaps of shops and other attractions. The kitchen facilities were simple, but adequate.nWe had a two-bedroom unit for just 2 of us.nOur unit was quite serviceable, but dated... Both of us found it quite cold. It took ages to warm up, the heat pump didn't seem very efficient; supplemented by the small fan heater we eventually got it warmer. The main bedroom was similarly cold - no other heating, no electric blanket.nnBoth of us found the bed rather hard. We were quite cold the first night; there were no extra blankets so we took one off one of the spare beds.nnThe shower was great, excellent pressure.
Rooms were very small , dates and lack cleanliness , there was a strange smell when we first entered the room . Lake facing room doesn't have blackout curtains in the night , top part was not covered with curtains or blinds , lots of light coming in. Beds were with wheels was moving even if toddler is turning. Overall not a good experience.nLocation was good though.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Location great and beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately I would not be staying here again, as the rooms are very cold and damp. Heatpump and tv didnt work in one of the rooms I had booked. The rooms are very outdated and small. Not worth the price I paid and was a total waste of money.
If u going to this hotel, please take yr heater, blanket n things to keep yr kids n yourself warm. This is the worst ever hotel I faced. Had heatpump but not working. No other heater in the room. No landlines phone connection, no wifi or intranet service...very old furniture but good location. Not worth the price.
My daughter and 2 grandchildren stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. There was a used vape under the pullout sofa in the lounge alongside a decaying orange. Horrendous hole in the carpet that the base of the table barely covered. No tea towels or milk in the kitchen. Very run down and grubby. Absolutely not worth what they charge per night. OUTRAGEOUS!!
