Went on the 8th of August at around 11am. Nothing wrong with anything but the library is like a market place . Why do I say that ??? It's very noisy, especially the corner where the little chairs and tables were situated. Not pin pointing any race but there were a number of Asian parents with their kids talking aloud and even baby was crying inside the library. If kids or babies need to play ,  talk or cry , parents must have the due diligence to take them out and not by letting their kids be. The librarians should talk to them or take some actions in maintaining the peace and quietness of the library

Needed help today to download information that I didn’t know how to do - I met a lovely young man - Callan? not sure of his name, but I want to say how grateful I am for his support and pleasent demeanour to me, couldn’t have been more helpful to me as an older person - I hope he receives due congratulations for his service, Nola Devine

I have been using the library computers over the last 8 months as I don’t own a computer. The staff have helped me on many occasions and are friendly and informative. I live in Warrandyte which has a library but prefer The Pines. They have a good system where you don’t have to keep rebooking a computer after an hour, as long as not a queue waiting for one. I have noticed a lot of regulars like me so it’s a home away from home. Thank you.
