Box Hill Library is a local spot that most residents really enjoy. It ie clean, spacious, and has a good range of books for all ages, plus quiet areas for studying or reading. Families like the kids’ section and the fun programs they run during school holidays. The staff are friendly and usually very helpful. Overall, it is seen as a great, welcoming place to read, relax, or study.
Box Hill Library is great, quiet, and well stocked with books and resources. The staff are helpful and the space is welcoming. Only downside is it gets really noisy during the day when baby programs are on, which makes focusing a bit tough. Otherwise, a solid library experience.
A huge thank you to library staff members, Courtney and Jason, who were extraordinarily kind, supportive and patient as they helped me borrow outdoor games at the library today! I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service. Thank you!
Box Hill Library is really nice and has a good selection. Staff are helpful and the space is welcoming. Only annoying part is when the baby programs run during the day—the noise makes it hard to concentrate sometimes. Otherwise a great place to visit.
