​I absolutely love libraries, and Box Hill Library is no exception. However, there is one major dread that keeps me away: the strict 1-hour parking limit and its immediate penalties.nn​Recently, I attended a library activity and stayed a few minutes longer to chat with other participants. Unfortunately, going just a few minutes over the limit resulted in another parking fine. It’s so disheartening that it makes me not want to attend any more activities.nn​Shouldn't there be a better solution or some flexibility for those participating in official library programs? It is truly saddening that a simple parking issue makes me terrified of joining community events at a library I love so much. I hope the management can look into this for the community.

Lovely well presented library, friendly helpful staff, 1 hour parking. You can borrow audiobooks and movies online through their app. No fees to join, different sections to suit your needs such as a quiet section, a computer section, and areas to read, or work on your own laptop. The library has a relaxing calm environment.  It's a short walk from the train station and a peaceful treed park just outside the back entrance.

This is a awesome  place to visit for quick read would definitely recommend 10/10
