I do love this library. However, Some people answered their phones all the time. Here is a library, not a coffee shop. Is there a possibility of having a sign like a quit zone in some specific areas? So nice and efficient staff!
Very quiet and clean library with great collection of books. Friendly staff.
Such a perfect place for reading a studying. Great collection of books of all genre. Most of the popular magazine are available there. Very spacious interior and seating arrangements. This library has all the facility you could hope from a modern library. Lots of parking space available around the library all the time. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is easily accessible by own vehicle or public transport, there’s a bus stop out front. I really appreciate the way they build this library to get a lot of natural sunlight into the building.

I came to read a book for an hour. It's fairly silent, unlike some other libraries and so great for studying or reading. Place feels clean and modern. Come if you like bean bags!
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great range of books in all categories. Story time here is a great experience for preschoolers. EBook collection is quite large and the software is easy to use. Summer programs are a greta way to engage the kids.
Well organized, decent staffs. It was too easy to setup account and get access to the library card.
Really friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with the printer and they came up to me. I probably wouldn't have gone and asked for help haha. Normally have computers available but always good to book one just incase. You can use them for 1hr at a time. Or bring your own laptop and connect to wifi.
Clean and organised library. I love the spacious and bright reading area. I usually come during off peak time so it’s always nice and quiet.
Well stocked with lots of good fiction both classic and contemporary. Staff friendly and helpful responding to enquiries with enthusiasm. Great CD section with good selection of jazz and classical music. Overall far superior to Boxhill library with its dour, indifferent and generally unhelpful staff.
