I studied here almost everyday during the holiday and it was great. Nice cafes for a quick break. It has a decent study space, staff and people are very respectful of each other.

great local library! It has a nice quiet study area, the fireplace makes the whole place smell like sitting around a fireplace in the woods which I love, wi-fi is good, there are plenty of places to sit and study even during the exam period, they have computers available for use, and it is close to public transport. The only issue I'd point out is there is a great room for children and therefore the library has a lot of little visitors often screaming and running around which can be quite distracting.

Great little library with good service and in a beautiful mudbrick building. Has a small art gallery in the entrance hall which hosts varying (free) small exhibitions. A cafe is co-located in the same building. A gas fireplace is a bonus, with good seats in front it provides a cozy reading experience in winter.

As local Library's go, Eltham Library is fantastic. It's a lovely building both inside and out and with lots of seating and open fires making it's a great place to spend some downtime over the winter months. As well as books they also have a pretty good and up to date selection of magazines and DVD's, plus two Cafe's (One within and one next door).
