Vermont South Library

Lovely little library. I came here with my 4 month old daughter and read her some books. They have a beautiful selection of children's literature! Will definitely be coming back; especially to check out the children's sing a long storytime.

I have been going to Vermont South Library for over 15 years and have seen it been upgraded and become just a beautiful, perfect little library with everything you can expect from a local library. Highly recommend a visit.

Have you been to your local library lately? You must! I dropped in to the Vermont south branch of the Whitehorse Manningham library, and found not only books, but a big range of DVDs fun stuff, as well as serious stuff, audio books, and other stuff I'm fond of. To say nothing of the online resources.

Absolutely love the library! It is such a lovely place to have a chill study session or just read in! All the staff are so lovely and always willing to help out. Recently, during lockdown, despite all the stress, the staff were so friendly every time I called and, were so helpful with following up on sending my books to me via postal delivery!

Nice and quite place for studying and reading. Staffs are very knowledgeful and friendly. Heaps of parking space available around. Great quite atmosphere for people who loves reading. Opening hours are too short. Little far away from any cafes or shops.

For the size of it, this library has a really great selection of magazines and books. The new books rack is almost always constantly updated with up to date, of the moment titles. Great selection of health books as well. A nice thing to know is that you can borrow from ANY of the Whitehorse libraries and return them to any other branch as long as it's within the Whitehorse municipality.

Very good selection of books, magazines and DVDs. Nice reading areas both indoors and outdoors. Great place to spend an hour in a weekend.

Sometimes there are children's programs and the entire study area is used without prior notice. There are only 2 study booths and the noise blockage is bad - you can hear the next door talking and people outside; the heating and cooling system doesn't reach that area too.

If you can focus on your study in a noisy place like me, then this is a must go. People talk loudly or give tutorials in the study area.
