Just one hour from Adelaide, set atop a gentle hill with sweeping vistas across the internationally renowned Barossa Valley, The Louise is an idyllic luxury vineyard retreat encompassing acclaimed restaurant Appellation. The Louise has just 15 suites offering absolute luxury and inspired design, extensive private spaces with individual terraces overlooking the surrounding vineyards and private gated courtyards, soft contemporary furnishings, spacious ensuites with dual rain showers and spa tubs, espresso-makers and king beds with crisp linens. Additional features of some suites include outdoor private rainshowers and fireplaces. The Louise specialises in creating bespoke authentic Barossa wine and cultural experiences and professional and informed staff are keen to share their local knowledge.

Executive Chef Ryan Edwards guides one of Australia’s finest regional dining experiences at co-located restaurant Appellation. Understated, informed service and intimate ambience complement a menu focusing on locally sourced seasonal produce and signature daily changing Chef’s Tasting Menu.
