Over the years I have purchased 5 major kitchen appliances from the so called "Good Guys", a fridge, dishwasher, rangehood, gas/electric stove/oven and 1 electric double oven, with the exception of the dishwasher every unit arrived faulty resulting in repairs I had to chase up (Staff simply did not care). Either I have incredibly bad luck or "The Good Guys" sell factory seconds, either way, I will never shop here again... Fingers crossed that JB HiFi brings this company up to scratch.

Stupid people work there. Me: Can you please give me some discount? I work at ____ "somewhere in that centre". Employee: Sorry we can not do you a discount! The item is already on special. Really? Not even $10? #Naive

Was advised by a staff member westinghouse would be the dishwasher to go for even if it costs $848. We finally installed it (took a few weeks) as my husband to get our place ready for installation. To our surprise the dishwasher was faulty. My husband was asked to bring it back himself and ontop of that waited in store for 45mins to get it swapped with another! Disappointing and not to mention a waste of time

Went into purchase a portable cd unit found a panasonic brand for the right price and was very happy with service and advice that was given ,will be back again .
