I'm writing this post four months after I came into the store and was served by the lovely Phillip. Never have I ever met an Asian bloke with such a true blue Aussie persona. I had no idea what I was after because I have been copping bills from alternative service providers in the three digits for nearly a year. After taking the time to go through my needs he sorted me with an iPhone on a very affordable plan. Now four months into this contract, I have not been overcharged for anything and I can say without a doubt that the plan is suitable for me. Thank you Phillip, you've saved me hundreds already and you'll save me hundreds more. Definitely recommending to my family and friends. Give this fella a promotion. One of the worst service I've ever experienced, Every time I went in I was told wait half an hour for a someone to give me a service. After I got their attention we talk for about 2 minutes and hand over all the document and was told to come back in half an hour for everything to process. Half an hour later I came back, the guy was talking to other customer and have to wait another 10 minutes or so for him to talk to me. I ask them to change my phone's plan since the contract was over to get the cheaper one, After all of that I thought we were done. A few weeks later I went on to check my online Telstra account to check if the plan has switched over but It has not. So in the end I just do everything online which only took 5-10 minutes to do everything and the plan was switch over. The moral of the this story this that don't bother going into the place if what you want them to do can be done online. Would give no star if I could.

They are only there to sale mobile phones,they will not help if you need customer service afterwards and this played a big part in why myself and my wife left Telstra and went to Optus. On top of the poor customer service, i was meant to get a replacement mobile after mine was diagnosed with a mother broad issue and instead of fixing it the order a new one ,well the first one arrived and was stolen by a staff member who used a different name to sign for it and the 2nd phone took 6 months to arrive, in the Mean time I was allow to keep my old phone that the Telstra tech guy could not repair so i took the phone to the little repair shop out side an it took 5 minutes to repair my mobile Poor customer service with people who steal and tech support who have no idea

Great customer service, the young gentleman Phil took his time ensure all my needs were met and any concerns addressed. The process was quick, easy and even enjoyable to get what I wanted done. Will definitely be returning here in the future.
