No customer service! no return for the faulty product! They have sold me a brand-new IR tester which is faulty and branch manager rejected refunding faulty product! Also, he was yelling on the phone and hung up the phone instead of being responsible for the trouble he made for me. Apparently, their policy for faulty devices is: do not return it, yelling to the customer, and go make complain where ever you like and say customer you misused the device !! finally, show warranty procedure. Overall, they are acting against customer affairs rules. This has happened in Cranbourne branch and apparently, the headquarter office do not care about the provided services to customers by their managers, That is why they dare to act against the national law.
