The Furniture Gallery

Of the many places that we went to to find furniture, the variety here was probably the most decent. It still won't guarantee that you will find "the item", but there were enough different themes that you could make up your mind. The staff were also helpful and the items reasonably priced.

I had purchased a king size bed and the day prior to collection something had gone wrong at the warehouse. I was given the choice of money back or the choice of any bed regardless of price. Pretty happy with that. Cannot fault the service. Thank you.

Would never shop here again, quick to take your money, but refuse to give it back I put a $1300 bed on lay-by with a $260 deposit, circumstances would have it that I needed to cancel my lay by, they told me I had to forfeit my deposit or put the money on something of the same value of $1300!!. All I wanted was my money back, they kept coming up with all these excuses. In the end they tried telling me it wasn't a lay by and it would cost me a $300 cancellation fee 😡 How stupid is that!! They won't give me my money back! Consumer Affairs will be in contact.

Highly recommend the furniture gallery. The customer service was fantastic and the delivery service was second to none with them installing all of our furniture and removing all the boxes and rubbish. i couldn't be happier with the quality of furniture.
