A lovely big branch of Amart with free parking and easy wheelchair access to this branch. A clean, fresh, well laid out store with a really good variety of stock. A huge thank you to Alex, the excellent sales assistant who helped us so thoroughly. His polite, calm and very understanding manner was deeply appreciated. He is an absolute credit to Amart Furniture.

I posted a review of a bed frame that I bought from the O’Connor store after seeing misleading and incomplete product photos on Amart website and strangely the review is now not found here. My first and last experience with Amart felt like a scam. Firstly they sell products without showing complete photos of it and then blames the customer for not going through the assembly instructions manual to see the final finished product, while pretending to give a peace of mind with a return policy that includes a change of mind. Amart also doesn’t allow customers to write product review directly on their website but source reviews from Trust Pilot but somehow it doesn’t feature my Trust Pilot review. My refund request has been bouncing from the store at O’Connor to the main customer service and back and now it’s just silence from both sides. There’s zero post sale service. Amart doesn’t intend to uphold their policy and gets by on selling low quality stuff to unsuspecting customers. Will never go back to Amart especially the O’Connor store. Do yourself a favour because Bed shed is right beside this borderline scam shop that censors customer’s negative experience.
Do your research first. After I ordered, I found my item at another company, half price online with free delivery. They take a week to get stock from warehouse if you want it quicker it costs you extra $, so next time I’ll be shopping elsewhere online.
Worst service! Got a quote today, agreed with the price and said I’ll pop in pay the same day, 15 mins later they called me said sold to someone else!
A great range of furniture for all styles and rooms of your house. Prices are very reasonable. The staff were nice and not pushy.
Very friendly staff and a great range. Everyone was more than happy to help us while we browsed. The entire order workflow has been automated very well from point of sale, receipting, backorder and finally pickup.
Well priced items on sale, good service
Went here to buy dining table was told by shop assistant that they will take away old dining table and assemble new one when I went back 1 week later to purchase it was told by another assistant that they don't take away or assemble new one so they lost $1000 sale
So happy with our gladiator modular lounge. Customer service at O’connor was lovely. Thank you
