Do not buy a fabric or leather protection plan from this company or UPCARE, its an upsell that you will never get to use. In the event you really do need it they will decline your claim as they have included every exclusion possible to deny it. If you ask for a refund after you're denied a claim the company will not refund you because you have a stain and refunds on the protection plan are now void. The care plan is a SCAM.
My wife and myself have been dealing with Amart now for quiete a few years. This was another amazing experience as always and would like to thank Sarah who we have dealt with from day one. A very big store with a wide variety. The girl who served us, Jasmine, was very nice and helpful... she really made the whole experience very nice! The staff are very knowledgeable and arent afraid to answer questions you have. The prices are very competitive and the 50 months interest free is a great bonus!

I recently ordered a lounge suite from Amart Cockburn. It was delivered on time, but from there, it was all downhill, with both the product and the service. The lounge suite was fully reclined. Unfortunately the two reclining chairs didn't work. A number of phone calls, firstly to their Cockburn store, who weren't particularly helpful, directing me to their Customer Service department in Brisbane, eventually led to a promise to provide replacement chairs by the end of May. The chairs weren't delivered by then, and neither wax their any updates from anyone at Amart Cockburn. I had to make a number of calls, to ascertain what was happening. Talking only to the front desk girls because more senior personnel were "too busy" to return calls. Eventually I was advised that the delivery would be today between 10.15am and 1.15pm. This has now become, between 2,30pm and 5.30pm. This isjust the straw that broke thd camel's back. I have now had to waste a complete day, brought about by failings of Amart product and second rate customer service. Never again !
Nice clean store, good protocols and procedures available, unfortunately a lack of management makes both being a customer and/or employee of amart very tedious. I believe there is alot to improve on with instore management and communication between managers, floor salesman and administration. Will not be purchasing from this store again nor will I offer to work with/for amart furniture in the future.
above and beyond is how they deal with there customers rob at front and jarrad out the back were so good i figured out how to leave a review on google also great deals and i enjoyed spending my money and what a great electric recliner i bought sooooooo comfortable and neck support im finally happy sitting down. now i cant get off and thanks to channel on phone for beautiful advice and names to complement the guys because weeks later i had to do a shout out to them!!! thanks rob and jarrad and super amart they definitely deserve a raise for dealing with me im a pain in the proverbial hahahaha and as tight as they come
Had some damage on an outdoor setting and left feedback about it. Received a call next day and Amart sorted it no problems. Came in for the swap over today and decided to purchase a new couch from Rose who was super helpful. Well done Amart!
I bought a bed set online, came back for mattress and ended up getting a 10 seater dining room table and chairs, and a new couch thanks looking forward to my delivery on Thursday
