I was needing a dining table set for my one bedroom apartment so final caves in to buy one.nnThe Havana 2 seater package was perfect for myself.nnEasy to pick and collect it’s located at the back of the store, staff assisted to load it into the car.nnPutting it together probably took 90mins by myself, sadly there were 4 holes missing so had to use my drill to finish it up.nnInstructions were easy to read and everything was present minus the 4 holes.
Prices are real cheap so they don't offer deals or price matching. Service is your bog average standard retail variety but they had what we wanted so we persevered.nDelivery is beyond average — they’ll ask your preferred window and then say they have no way of ensuring the delivery company sticks to it so we wrote off a whole day sitting around waiting for our stuff.
Went to Cockburn fantastic furniture to buy a bed and ensemble and was served by a middle aged woman which would have to be the rudest sales person I have ever come across when they didn't have what was displayed and we said we would come back in May when it would be available couldn't flip her back on us quick enough when she realised there was not a sale in it for her Fantastic furniture / Rude sales rep
Ordered something that had a 10-11 week timeframe for pickup, which was already ridiculous but I needed it. Has now been 12 weeks and haven’t heard anything! This is a ridiculous time to wait for something.
Very happy with the service I received today. Jemma was very friendly, helpful and gave good advice. The store was busy but she still gave me her full attention and went above and beyond to help me find the right couch. Ben was also very helpful. Highly recommend the Jandakot store!
