Ordered a replacement part and it arrived and I picked up on time: all as expected.

Staff was sitting in corner somewhere. Doesn't even bother to check on customers. May be confident enough that people won't buy anything and just browsing around lol.

Well I finally bought a new recliner chair, and I'm so glad I did, my new saxon recliner is AWSOME. The lady whom served me Hayley was very polite and helpful, the shop layout is bright and well dressed, the parking is spacious,  very good store, I think I'll be going back to finish replacing all my old furniture, I have to say, I'm still finding thing like the way all the seams on my chair has a beaded edge,  the mechanism is so easy to open, very good quality, I'm wrapped, now if you don't mind, I'm off for another nap in my chair   if I could only get the chocolate lab off it

Bought my lazyboy recliner in Oct 2014 and last night something went "ping" and it would not recline properly, I rang the helpline and a lady asked me for the serial number of the chair , and I supplied her my details which she checked against the sales history - told me its still under mechanism warranty and said dont stress we will have some call in a couple of days to rectify the problem .  This would have to be one of the best after sales service I have received in bloody years , and just on that one point I will let as many people I know.    QUALITY + AFTER SALES SERVICE = MORE SALES AND GREAT REVIEWS

Shopping at Lazyboy Cannington was a fantastic stress free experience. We searched high and low for a suitable lounge to fit our large living space. Lazyboy Cannington allowed us to design and build the perfect modular lounge for us. The comfort and quality of product in my opinion far exceeds anything else on the market. We are so pleased and highly recommend the team at Cannington.
