Whilst our shopping experience was brilliant with valuable advice, friendly service and a reasonable price for our bed and mattress. The pick up experience was awful! Firstly they had no record about my prior scheduled pickup and said we needed to give 2 hours notice. To then realising it was ready as i had phone record. The two items were at two different locations and each place looked like the broncs and not of a good standard. For the money you pay you would think the warehouses would be presented better and customer service more of a priority for pick up experience. Would not be buying again from reading other reviews and overall experience.

Great prices, great service and knowledgeable, friendly staff! Almost all products in stock and ready to be delivered within 3 days. Definitely recommend this place.

** THIS SHOP IS OWN AND RUN BY INDIAN'S DON'T EXPECT GOOD QUALITY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE** I went to this shop on 02.12.2017 and looked a $3699 sofa and asked the staff whether further discounts are apply. He said he can give a discount around 300. I went on 26.12.2017 and checked the same sofa and it was marked as $3799. I asked one salesperson is there any boxing day special for the sofa, and he said that's the discounted price. I showed him the photo I took on 02.12.2017 and he was speechless and walked away. I went to another guy looks like a senior sales person or may be a manager and he said UD$ has gone up because of that they have to increased the price. I asked him how he can increase the price of the stock he has already purchased for the reason of US$ exchange rates. He was pissed and start being rude to me until I walked out the store. I have both pictures taken on 02.12.2017 and 26.12.2017 if anyone want to see. THIS SHOP IS OWN AND RUN BY INDIAN'S DON'T EXPECT GOOD QUALITY AND AFTER SALES SERVICE (NOT ALL INDIANS ARE SAME THOUGH)
