Now that there are new doctors at the practice these guys are great. Very caring doctors and nursing staff. Parking can be an issue if you can’t walk far. It is know easier to get appointments.

I tried booking an appointment with them 6 weeks ago and I was told my normal doctor has left. This was not true and it was a confusion with the booking person and the fact a doctor was coming back from maternity leave. So when I tried to do another booking two weeks later, they asked if I wanted to book with my normal doctor . That was incredibly upsetting, especially with the wait times for appointments. So then I was told it would be a month's wait to see my usual doctor.  I go to the 8am appointment today and find a sign saying "due to staff shortages we are closed from 8am to 1pm today".  This was also incredibly upsetting as nobody called to say the appointment was cancelled.  I just got home and called them up to figure out a time to rebook and find out why nobody called to say it was cancelled. The lady who I spoke to mentioned I was the first appointment for the day. I told her about the sign and her response was "That was yesterday's sign, why didn't you wait until we were open".  This was so incredibly cold hearted when I was clearly upset too. There's a sign saying they're closed.. why would anybody wait? Why didn't they take down the sign yesterday? To her credit they rebooked the appointment for later on today, but it is still so upsetting that there was no apology, only blame.  I can't believe they didn't call me when I wasn't there for the appointment. If I could give a 0 star I would. I'm still so incredibly upset.

Best Doctors I've had in my life. I've lived in a heap of towns and cities both in NZ and Australia. These guys are really great.

The doctors here are all awesome.  Really really relaxing experience always.  The reception area is clean and uncrowded, and receptionists are nice.  The wait in reception is short which is great!  Price is high but not compared to others in the same zone. Would definitely have given five stars but available doctors are so few that free appointment times are often more than a week away.  They do kindly try to fit you in if really urgent though.

Terrible patient and customer service. Have to book and wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Made an appointment early December for a 30 December appointment. Was called the day before to say my doctor was now away for 2.5 weeks and had to see a locum. There was a road accident on way in and I was late still my fault, however, arrived at 13:37 for a 13:30 appointment. To be told I was too late and the doctor wouldn’t see me and I to had to rebook for another day. Extremely terrible service and understanding. Especially when I have had to wait for 20-45mins each and every time for my previous appointment. So the doctor themselves is never on time. It appears if it suits them to be late and run over but when the customers delayed its not acceptable. We are changing GPs for the entire family.

Terrible phone etiquette at reception - will put you "ON HOLD" and forget about you.  10 minutes on hold then the call drops out. Wouldn't recommend trying to call them OR don't let them put you on hold.

I took my newborn here and the receptionist was really rude and not welcoming at all. Definitely made my experience here terrible and I will not be going back.

I have always recieved good service from reception to the nurses and doctors.Thank you

Really unhelpful reception staff ...do not recommend them
