Initially the doctors were great, sadly have had to enroll at another practice, just be weary of the other staff nurses & reception etc.. have had some bogus message' left on home answering machine from them, saw one of the managers liasing with some guy that had been stalking and harrasing me  everywhere I went for months, and another incident of being sexualy harrassed by staff in waiting room.... smdh..

Disappointingly negative and old fashioned gatekeeper receptionists- def not family or patient focussed. Letting the team down sadly. Went on to speak with a very welcoming other practice who were concerned and compassionate and solution focussed instead of putting up barriers.

2 days in a row. First day waited for an hour in car park then told sorry they couldn’t fit me in .. 2nd day another hour in car park to finally get cattled in to the pre fab building on the front by an old lady that was so rushed off her feet she looked like was going to have a break down .. stuttering and could not give me any answers etc.. here I’m am stuffing with blurry vision I’ve had for days and she not helping one bit… I’m not angry just very disappointed !!! Worst experience I’ve ever had from a Docters service in my life… now I’m wondering how many other people have suffered from over rushed Docters ? I’m at home suffering with no where to go as I’m at the mercy of flustered Docters!!! Crazy world we living in

Just want to say the doctors I have dealt with have been absolutely amazing, especially Dr Poplar, instead of throwing medication at me and sending me straight through the door he spent 30 minutes talking to me like I was a person and helping me with real problems, big ups to bush road and Dr poplar  Highly recommended Gp and medical center ..

Called into the practice and on my second attempt they picked up the phone but didn't answer and left me on the line as if they just put the phone down. I tried to shout to see if that would get there attention however no luck just a whole bunch of typing and chit chat and smack talking about personal things. Was a laugh but completely unprofessional if you ask me. Would make a complaint but that requires calling in again and I'm not too sure if my call would be answered and if not don't trust that the complaint will make it to the manager.
