I have been with Central Family Health for a decade or more now, but in the last 12 months have not been able to get a timely appointment to see any Dr let alone my GP. The reception staff are acting as gatekeepers and are very unhelpful. Time to find a new GP clinic for me and my child, I can't afford to keep going to White Cross whenever there is something medically wrong, having said that though, CFH are not much less expensive.

We saw Dr Dirk Ziegert the other day with my son , who had complained about headaches and he had come home from school a few days. His line of questioning made us feel like we were neglecting our son. “ why hadn’t you bought him sooner ?” ,  “how do you know it’s not a migraine ? His tone was accusatory and harsh and he has no bed side manor at all ! Don’t visit this doctor if you are looking for a caring and do no harm experience !

Good doctors and lovely nurses. Can't say the same for whoever answers the phone, rude and argumentative. They should retire!! People need to be spoken to nicely and listened to when they are unwell. You made me feel worse.

Fantastic team of Doctors.All hard working.Pay to book in advance they are fully booked most of the time.Phone early just in case of cancellations.Or go to white cross if you can't get appointment.One receptionist is blunt and often comes across rude.But there have been changes on the home front there to make a difficult job easier.Great to have small chemist inside same building,neither are open on weekends.

Dr dirk and the nurses are awesome but your guys admins are shocking at their jobs think a few need to retire

My husband needs to see the doctor and I have been trying to ring since 8 am and it won't even ring through.  Now it says number is temporarily unavailable this is ridiculous for a  doctors room.  Please reply and tell me what is happening the appointment is for Gary Johnson if someone could ring his cell ph to confirm an appointment please.

Was recommended this place by my partner despite the reviews and remembered I got lost and eventually found the clinic on a hot day and registered and scanned my passport before Christmas, never got back to me so I called to make an appointment only for them to not recall ever registering me in the first place, said the person on holiday must've forgotten....you had one job.

Wonderful doctors, nurses, admin staff, and managers.

Great medical centre, amazing staff.

Great practice full of hard working doctors
